2. Reservations & Check-In
- Reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation.
- Guests must present a valid government-issued ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) at the time of check-in.
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM onwards
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Policy
- A valid payment method must be provided at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, or online banking.
- The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
4. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available separately.
- Non-refundable bookings, late cancellations, and no-shows are charged as per the Refund Policy.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must maintain decorum and follow hotel rules during their stay.
- Damage to hotel property, intentional or accidental, will be charged to the guest’s account.
- Illegal activities, possession of banned substances, or disturbance to other guests is strictly prohibited and may lead to cancellation of stay without refund.
6. Children & Extra Beds
