Refund Policy – Hotel Crown Vista
At Hotel Crown Vista, we value your trust and aim to provide complete clarity regarding cancellations and refunds. This Refund Policy explains the terms that apply when you book directly with us (via our website, phone, or at the hotel).
1. Standard Cancellation & Refund Terms
- Free Cancellation Window
Guests may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the check-in date and receive a 100% refund. - Late Cancellation
If cancellation is made within 48 hours of the check-in date, one night’s room charge will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded. - Same-Day Cancellation
If cancellation is made on the day of check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged, and the balance will be refunded. - Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain special offers, peak-season discounts, or promotional packages may be labeled as non-refundable. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
2. No-Show Policy
- If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without informing the hotel, the booking will be treated as a No-Show, and 100% of the booking amount will be charged. No refund will be issued.
3. Early Check-Out
- If the guest decides to check out earlier than the reserved departure date, the charges for the remaining unused nights are non-refundable.
- In exceptional cases (medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances), management may provide a partial credit voucher for future stays, subject to approval.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the same payment method used at the time of booking.
- Transaction charges, bank fees, or third-party booking platform charges are non-refundable.
5. Third-Party Bookings
- If you booked your stay through third-party platforms (such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, or Agoda), their respective cancellation and refund policies will apply.
- Hotel Crown Vista is bound by the terms set at the time of booking on such platforms.
6. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other situations beyond our control, Hotel Crown Vista may provide:
- A credit voucher for future stays, or
- A partial/full refund, based on the specific situation and management’s decision.
