2. Service Fulfilment
- All bookings are fulfilled on the check-in date at Hotel Crown Vista, as per the details provided at the time of reservation.
- Any add-on services (like food, tours, or event arrangements) will be delivered directly at the hotel during your stay.
3. Physical Deliveries
- We do not offer courier or shipping of any physical products.
- If you purchase any souvenirs or items from our hotel premises, they will be provided directly to you at the hotel.
